Message From the Fire Chief

Message from Fire Chief Mark Pomi:

Welcome to the Kentfield Fire Protection District website. Our website is designed to assist you with information on programs and services we are providing to the communities we serve.

Since 1922 the Kentfield Fire District has been here for you. We are dedicated to delivering fire and life safety services and emergency preparedness. We take great pride in caring for, protecting and serving you.

I’m honored to serve you as your Fire Chief. My fire service career began with a volunteer fire department in Sonoma County in 1988.  I began my professional firefighting career in 1999.  In 2003 I had the honor to join the Kentfield Fire Protection District. I look forward to leading this outstanding organization in service for you.

The Kentfield Fire District strives for excellence every day. Please let us know how we are doing and how we can better serve you.

Thank you for visiting our website.

Respectfully,

Mark Pomi, Fire Chief
